If a health concern falls outside the scope of a pharmacist, you will be advised to seek further care from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Medical Certificates
Medical certificates issued by GreenCross Healthcare:
- Are issued following professional assessment
- Are intended for short-term illness or health-related absences
- Cannot be backdated
- Are subject to professional judgement and applicable guidelines
GreenCross Healthcare reserves the right to decline issuing a medical certificate if it is not clinically appropriate.
Employer Verification
Employers and organisations may verify medical certificates issued by GreenCross Healthcare by contacting us directly via email or phone. Verification is limited to confirming the authenticity of the certificate and does not include disclosure of detailed health information.
Availability of Services
GreenCross Healthcare operates 7 days a week from 8:00am to 12:00am (midnight).
Service availability may be impacted by technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
